For the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Business Day” means a calendar day, other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a US public holiday, on which the banks in Wisconsin are open for normal business;
“Consumer” means any natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business (consument) that enters into an Agreement with TIC via the TIC Webshop;
“Agreement” means any agreement with respect to orders placed for Products available on the TIC Webshop concluded between TIC and the Consumer via the TIC Website;
“Durable medium” means any instrument, including email, which enables the Consumer to store information addressed to him in a way accessible for future reference for a period of time adequate for the purposes of the information, and which allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;
“TIC” means TIC Wisconsin , a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the US, whose registered office is at 1811, South Third Street, Second Floor, Wisconsin, Madison, 53001, the US and/or its group companies;

TIC will indicate on the TIC Website if an offer is of limited duration.
An offer is subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock, despite appearing on the TIC Webshop, TIC may cancel a confirmed order. In such event the Consumer will be informed by email and any payments with respect to the order will be refunded.
